Duluth Division

14 counties

28 U.S.C. § 103 — District of Minnesota, Fifth Division comprises the counties of 'Aitkin, Benton, Carlton, Cass, Cook, Crow Wing, Itasca, Kanabec, Koochiching, Lake, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Pine, and Saint Louis' and is held at Duluth; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court assigns the Fifth Division to its Duluth office (mnb.uscourts.gov 'Duluth' division page). St. Louis (the Duluth courthouse / office-seat county) and Crow Wing are not shaded on the divisional map and are assigned here via the statute.

Fergus Falls Division

25 counties

Minneapolis Division

28 U.S.C. § 103 — District of Minnesota, Fourth Division comprises the counties of 'Anoka, Carver, Chippewa, Hennepin, Isanti, Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker, Renville, Sherburne, Swift, and Wright' and is held at Minneapolis; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court assigns the Fourth Division to its Minneapolis office (mnb.uscourts.gov 'Minneapolis' division page; Order for Assignment of Cases, en banc, Jan. 3, 2022). Hennepin (the Minneapolis courthouse / office-seat county) is not shaded on the divisional map and is assigned here via the statute.

St. Paul Division

34 counties
