D. Me. LBR 1071-1 (Divisions - Bankruptcy Court): "The Bankruptcy Court shall be administered in two divisions. For debtors residing, having a principal place of business or principal assets in the following counties, administration shall be conducted by the Office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court at Bangor: Aroostook, Franklin, Hancock, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Somerset, Waldo, or Washington."
