N.D. Ga. Bankruptcy Local Rule (BLR) 1071-1(a) (adopting 28 U.S.C. § 90 divisions by reference). Per 28 U.S.C. § 90(a)(2), the Atlanta Division comprises: Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, De Kalb, Douglas, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Newton, and Rockdale.

Gainesville Division

16 counties

N.D. Ga. Bankruptcy Local Rule (BLR) 1071-1(a): "The Northern District of Georgia consists of four divisions as outlined and described in 28 U.S.C. § 90. Refer to 28 U.S.C. § 90 for a list of counties comprising each division." Per 28 U.S.C. § 90(a)(1), the Gainesville Division comprises: Banks, Barrow, Dawson, Fannin, Forsyth, Gilmer, Habersham, Hall, Jackson, Lumpkin, Pickens, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union, and White.

Newnan Division

9 counties

N.D. Ga. Bankruptcy Local Rule (BLR) 1071-1(a) (adopting 28 U.S.C. § 90 divisions by reference). Per 28 U.S.C. § 90(a)(4), the Newnan Division comprises: Carroll, Coweta, Fayette, Haralson, Heard, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, and Troup.

Rome Division

11 counties

N.D. Ga. Bankruptcy Local Rule (BLR) 1071-1(a) (adopting 28 U.S.C. § 90 divisions by reference). Per 28 U.S.C. § 90(a)(3), the Rome Division comprises: Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Floyd, Gordon, Murray, Paulding, Polk, Walker, and Whitfield.
